Review of route, pressure requirements, material specs and welding procedures.

2. Fabrication & Pre–Assembly

Pipe cutting, beveling, rolling and shop welding of specials as per drawings.

3. Laying & Field Welding

Stringing, alignment, fit–up and multi–pass welding with qualified welders & WPS.

4. Testing & Coating

Radiography / NDT, hydro–testing, surface preparation and protective coating / wrapping.
